    About Us

About the T. Rowe Price Foundation

Since 1981, the T. Rowe Price Foundation has supported communities where T. Rowe Price associates live and work. Grantmaking Program Funding Regions

Specific to our grantmaking program, funding supports organizations operating in our regions:

Baltimore City, Colorado Springs, San Francisco, and New York.

Organizations must have approved nonprofit status [Internal Revenue Service 501(c)(3) sections 509(a)(1), 509(a)(2) and qualifying 509(a)(3) supporting organizations] or that are fiscally sponsored by a 501(c)(3) public charity.

    Grantmaking Process

The majority of our grants are by invitation only. On occasion, we review unsolicited grant proposals.

For organizations new to T. Rowe Price, we strongly recommend first connecting through our robust Capacity Building Program.
